PRIVACY

AGT Studio（Art Gen Tokyo。

AGT Studio (Art Gen Tokyo, “we”) handles the information we receive through this site (artgentokyo.com) as follows.

1. What we receive

  • Fan letters: your name (a nickname is fine), the recipient, your message and, if you choose, your email address.
  • Business inquiries: your name, company or organization (optional), email address and the details of your inquiry.
  • Popularity vote: which model you voted for and the date. To allow one vote per model per day from each browser, we store a browser identifier in a cookie (valid for one year). We do not record your name or IP address.
  • Site usage: pages viewed, referring sites, country, and device and browser type. This is collected without cookies and counted in a way that does not identify you. We also count how often each model’s page is opened, recording only daily totals per model.

2. How we use it

  • To read fan letters as a team and shape our models’ future activities
  • To reply to and handle inquiries and business requests
  • To count votes and plan what comes next for each model
  • To prevent spam and vote abuse
  • To improve the site

3. Storage

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox. Our site database does not store your message, name or email address — only the type, recipient, date and delivery status. We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and delete them when they are no longer needed.

4. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We will not publish your fan letter on social media or elsewhere without your permission.

5. Services we use

  • Cloudflare: site delivery, data storage, spam protection (Turnstile) and analytics (Web Analytics)
  • Google: receiving email (Gmail) and fonts (Google Fonts)
  • jsDelivr: delivery of the script used for smooth scrolling

As part of normal web communication, these services receive your IP address and browser information and handle it under their own policies.

6. Data stored in your browser

We store your language choice (Japanese or English) and the voting cookie in your browser. You can delete both in your browser settings. If you delete or block cookies, voting may not work.

7. Deletion requests

To ask us to delete a message you sent, use the business inquiry form, choose “Other”, and tell us the date you sent it and the name (or nickname) you used. We will respond after confirming it was you. If you sent a fan letter without an email address, we may not be able to confirm it was you.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page.
